We'll look at: who are you, what you're offering - and whether this is clear to potential customers.

The growth of a ‘niche’ online following will lay the foundation for future selling success.

When you launch your course - and client package - you need to know who it's for. Otherwise you won't be able to tell them 
about it.

So we go deep on working out exactly who your ideal client is, where they hang out, what they're struggling with, and getting your 'messaging' right so you can reach them.


Module 3

designing Your online course


We create online courses that sell. And we've helped thousands of women to create their own online courses. That also sell. 

So this module walks you through our tried-and-tested formula for deciding on the subject of your course, naming it, creating the content - written, video, audio - hosting it (for free, initially), pricing it up, the legal stuff and timing your launch.


Module 4

putting out banging content

What posts should you be sharing on social media about your online course? And what platforms are best? 

We share examples of great online content - words, images, videos - that will help you to grow that niche following. 

Then share a load of content prompts to help you create captivating posts.

Module 5

CREATING A VIDEO 'SALES FUNNEL'

We tell you how to create a video that your audience will not only enjoy, but will also lead to sales.

And you don't have to appear in your video if you don't want to.

Then we show you how to build the three web pages (not as hard as you think) that will build your email list, build a relationship with potential customers, and help convince people to buy your course.

Module 6

FACEBOOK* AND INSTAGRAM* ADS

A series of videos will walk you through the entire ad setup we used for our 20k launch**. We literally show you the exact campaign, explaining all the elements and how to set them up.

If you’re new to Facebook* ads or if you’d like to brush up on some advanced features, this training is for you.

Module 7

WE SELL LOADS THROUGH OUR eMAILS

Your mailing list is one of your most valuable assets. You need to nurture your subscribers, and then - occasionally - offer them your product/service via email, in the least annoying way possible. 

There’s a knack - in terms of language, timing, following up. And an automated system you should have in place. Also, we share ideas for what you should include in your regular mailouts. Emails are amazing for selling. 

Module 8

CLOSING THE SALE AND REPEAT CUSTOM

So you’ve got potential customers. People are interested. They’re DM-ing you, phoning you, emailing you. Now what? You have to close the sale. 

This is the final step of the process and it’s really important that you get it right. Because if you mess it up, they're gone. We’ll explain what you need to do to close the sale in a non-pushy way.

Module 9

Your one-to-one client package

The one you charge the most for. And that's probably at least double what you’re already charging. We’ll help you to design it.

We look at different package ideas, how to deliver client work, signing up people you actually want to work with and - of course - what to charge.

Module 10

Being  featured in magazines, newspapers, blogs and on podcasts isn't just great for raising your profile but it also leads to sales.

We teach you how to find your PR story (around your online course business), and pitch it to the right people at the right time.

Soon, you'll be the 'go to' expert in your field when the media are looking for comment.
